BASAKA RETURN & EXCHANGE

Did you receive a kurta that doesn’t fit you right? Don’t worry — we’ve got you covered!  At BASAKA, we truly value your satisfaction and want you to love every piece you buy from us. That’s why we offer a simple 3-step Return & Exchange process to make things easy for you.

Step 1: Request for Return or Exchange

Please share the name and image of the product via email at support@basaka.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once we review your request, you’ll receive a confirmation email approving your return or exchange.

Step 2: Ship the Product Back

After receiving our approval, please send the product back to us within 5 days in its original packaging.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
  • Please use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with us.
  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • Products that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Step 3: Exchange / Replacement

Once we receive your package, we’ll confirm receipt within 24–48 hours.
After a quick quality check, we’ll process your exchange — confirming your required size, making it, and dispatching it within 3 working days.
We provide an exchange for the same product in your requested size.

ORDER CANCELLATION
  • Most orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.
  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping from our warehouse.
  • For COD orders, we’ll call you for confirmation before dispatch.
  • For prepaid orders, cancellations made before shipping are eligible for a refund (after a 5% deduction towards payment gateway charges).
  • Refunds can be received as a coupon code 

REFUND POLICY

Mode of Refund

Refunds are issued as a credit coupon code, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

  • The coupon code is single-use only.
  • It has no expiry date, so you can use it anytime.
